The body speaks, pardon!!

Most of us understand body language from a psychological perspective. Nevertheless, there is also the physiological language of the body when the equilibrium of the spirit, soul and body has shifted. Most cases I have encountered usually have minor issues, which, when attended to, would have been a critical situation, but are more or less averted.
The body is a divine, intrinsically woven piece of machine. It knows the environment and adjusts to protect and sustain life without making too much noise. Usually, the soul within the body is the only one that hears the non-verbal messages.
It is not easy to be still in our fast-paced modern lives, even for 5 minutes. The things that speak to us are numerous, from the boss to colleagues, cell phones, television, family, friends, and social media. We are the most developed and busiest species on the planet, and also the most diseased, mmmmmm...., think about that for a moment. Technology is now advanced to the point that we can foretell if certain diseases will manifest from signs given by various health tech devices.
That is all well and good, but nature is nature; it cannot be recreated or eradicated. If you quieten yourself for 30 minutes, you will soon learn: (1) how difficult it is and (2) that your senses seem more alert if you endure. In this mode of silence, you can pay attention to the now within you. The body enjoys moments of peace, so you can note what is out of sync.
